With wakesurfing, wakeboarding, a buffet, a DJ, and a spectacular drone show, more than 500 guests came together to celebrate a very special milestone: ti&m's 20th birthday.
This significant anniversary is not only a time to look back at two decades of innovation, but also a point to look forward. Founder, owner, and CEO Thomas Wüst—who recently turned 60—is set to remain CEO for at least another five years. After that, he will hand over the company as part of a family succession plan while continuing to shape its strategic direction as an active Chairman of the Board. For clients and employees, this means continuity, independence, and reliability. ti&m will remain family-owned and firmly rooted in Switzerland.
ti&m is also looking ahead on a technological level. With its “AI-powered Innovation” strategy, the company is establishing artificial intelligence as a productivity engine for Swiss software development—delivering higher quality, faster speed, and greater innovation. This makes locally developed software a truly competitive alternative to offshoring.
