Leunita led the computer science department at the Kreuzlingen Pedagogical High School for several years before joining ti&m six years ago. At ti&m, the 34-year-old Thurgau native has continuously evolved and taken on progressively greater responsibilities, including roles as Head of Application Management and Head of Operations & Service Management. With her outstanding expertise, strong personal commitment, and professional interaction with clients and colleagues, she has successfully shaped and advanced her areas of responsibility in recent years. Leunita holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Business Information Technology and a CAS in Innovation and Leadership from ZHAW. Additionally, she serves as a lecturer in computer engineering at the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences (FFHS).
Karsten Burger, the outgoing responsible, will prepare Leunita for the tasks ahead and assist her in the transition until the end of the year. Karsten, who has been part of ti&m for 13 years and played a key role in our success, will remain a member of the Executive Board until further notice and will advise ti&m on strategic issues.
